Our Olive Trees

Our olive oil trees are Paragon and WA Mission.

These olive varieties are known for their high oil content and delightful flavours, which make them a great choice for salad and drizzling over food.

Our trees tend to fruit heavily every two years, and may only produce a few kilograms each in the off-year.
Depending on growing season conditions, annual volumes can change, but thanks to reliable rainfall and temperate conditions, our oil quality and flavour characteristics are of an excellent quality.

The majority of our trees were planted in 2000, and are nearing full maturity.  We expect our olive oil to get better and better.

Our table olives are Kalamata and Californian Queens. These olives are hand picked in March and naturally brined for 12 months before sale.

Plain or marinated they are very popular with our customers.
